Club Terms

These are the house rules for LOUDROOM. Booking a station, sealing a booth, or walking onto the floor means you're happy to play by them. None of it is a surprise — it's the same courtesy that keeps twenty-six quiet stations and three loud booths running smoothly for everyone in the building at once.

Level 02 · hours & booking

Hours & booking

We open late morning and run into the night, Monday through Thursday until 2am, Friday and Saturday until 6am, and Sunday until midnight. Station seats you can walk in for; booths are worth reserving through the booking form. Time is on the clock — walk in, walk out, and we round to the nearest fifteen minutes in your favour. Plans change? Tell us before your window starts and we'll release the room; a cancelled booking costs nothing but the heads-up.

Level 04 · conduct on the floor

Conduct on the floor

Loud belongs in the booths; the main hall stays around a library-friendly 40 dB. If you came to be quiet, we protect that just as fiercely as we protect your right to be loud two doors down. Keep voice chat civil, headsets on for anything sharp, and don't lean into someone else's session uninvited. Competitive nights are about scores and personal-best times — there is no wagering of any kind at LOUDROOM, and anyone trying to arrange it will be asked to leave.

Level 05 · food, drink & care

Food, drink & care

Lidded drinks are fine at any seat, and if a booth session leaves you hoarse, the chai is on the house — croak your order at the desk and we'll sort you out. Light snacks belong at the desks; anything messier is better handled away from the gear. Treat the hardware like it's yours for the hour: report a fault at the desk rather than wrestling with it, and we'll move you to another seat.

Level 06 · liability

Liability

We keep the equipment maintained, the booths sealed and the room in good order, but you play at your own comfort and volume. Look after your belongings; the club isn't responsible for personal items left on the floor. We may update these terms as the club grows — the current version always lives here.

Loud games, quiet conscience — no gambling here.
