Loud room, quiet records. This page explains what LOUDROOM does with the handful of details you hand over when you book a station or a booth. We keep it short because we keep very little — you give us what a reservation needs and nothing more, and we look after it the way we'd want ours looked after.
Level 02 · what we collectWhat we collect
The booking form asks for a name, an email, a date, which booth size you want, and whether you'd like the Steam package. That is the whole list. We ask for an email so the front desk can confirm your slot and reach you if the floor plan shifts on the night — never to build a profile or add you to some noisy mailing list you didn't ask for.
Level 03 · why we hold itWhy we hold it
Those details do exactly one job: they hold your seat or seal your booth and let us sort out anything that comes up around your visit. We don't sell them, rent them, or pass them to advertisers. A booking is kept only as long as it's useful for running the club, then it's cleared out — like a scream behind a closed foam door, it doesn't leave the room.
Level 04 · who hears itWho sees it
The front desk sees your booking so they can show you to the right room. Nobody outside the club gets your details unless the law genuinely requires it. We don't run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or analytics dashboards on this site, so no outside company is quietly listening in on your visit while you're here.
Cookies
This site uses cookies sparingly. The only one that matters is a small entry we save in your browser to remember whether you chose Accept or Essential only on the cookie notice — that is what stops the banner from popping back up on every visit. Essential storage keeps the page working; it isn't shared and it doesn't follow you anywhere else on the web.
You can clear these any time through your browser settings. Doing so simply brings the notice back on your next visit. There are no advertising or cross-site cookies to opt out of here, because we never set any in the first place.
Level 05 · your sayYour say
Want to know what we hold against a booking, or want it deleted? Ask at the front desk or reply to a confirmation email and we'll sort it. This is a small, loud club — a request like that reaches a real person who works the floor, not an automated queue. You can raise your voice; we're used to it.
Loud games, quiet conscience — no gambling here.
